Set-up for Cigar Activation:
Our team will arrive 60 - 45 mins to the start time to set up. We have an elegant table display, with our old world traditional cutting block, vintage cigar molds, and tabletop humidor. We have table lights that are focused on the roller and humidor. If you need to create more mood lighting this will be at the venue and clients sourcing and setup.
Venue/ Host to Provide
6 foot table, linen and chair for roller.
Considerations:
Hot weather: an umbrella or in full shade over the cigar rollers table
Cold weather: heater lamp at cigar roller table
Package Add-ons
Custom Cigar Bands with logo or monogram: Price of pre-rolled Eleveight cigar will include band, a $50 art file setup fee (added to the quote). Minimum pre-rolled order is 25 cigars.
Custom Cigar bands added to Live Master Cigar packages with only fresh rolled cigars: Will be charged $2 more per cigar for bands wrapped when rolled at event.
Eleveight cigars are 100% handmade and rolled with premium sourced tobaccos from around the world. Our cigar team will arrive to the event with the pre-purchase amount of pre-rolled cigars in our travel humidor. Should you like to increase the quantity of Eleveight cigars or add additional time, please inform the cigar roller or concierge to confirm quantities on hand and availability. If the request is available, the payment for additional cigars will be due upon completion of the event to Eleveight Events.
